Sound Innovations – Ensemble Development Advanced Band Tuba Book

Sound Innovations Ensemble Development for Advanced Concert Band expands on the skills introduced in Ensemble Development for Intermediate Concert Band, offering 399 new exercises that are both technically and musically more demanding. The collection includes over 70 chorales written by many of todays leading concert band composers, including Roland Barrett, Chris Bernotas, Andrew Boysen, Ralph Ford, Rossano Galante, David Gillingham, Stephen Melillo, Robert Sheldon, Todd Stalter, Jack Stamp, Randall Standridge, and Michael Story.

Designed to support the continued growth of developing ensembles, this book helps students deepen their musical understanding and strengthen their abilities as ensemble musicians. Exercises are organised by key and presented across a range of intermediate to advanced difficulty levels. Where appropriate, multiple exercises addressing the same musical objective are provided, allowing for variety while reinforcing core concepts.

Its flexible design makes it well suited to large ensemble rehearsals, sectional work, lessons, and studio use. The Ensemble Development series is also available for Intermediate Band and Young Band.
