European release (Made In Germany)CD case, front booklet and rear inlay are all in very good condition.CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on the media at all. Just looking at the disc is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played this album ENTIRELY, every single track, and there are no issues with playback at allTRACKS: Erotica, Fever, Bye Bye Baby, Deeper And Deeper, Where Life Begins, Bad Girl, Waiting, Thief Of Hearts, Words, Rain, Why’s It So Hard, In This Life, Did You Do It?, Secret Garden
