Play with style using Mike Cornicks Style Collection be it jazz, Afro-Caribbean favourites or the evergreens we all enjoy. Each book with CD focuses on a particular genre and includes well-known pieces in arrangements suitable for the middle-grade player. The Style Collection – Jazz book includes well known pieces and arrangements like “The Darktown Strutters’ Ball”, “Won’t You Come Home Bill Bailey”, “Ja Da” and more.
The CD provides the option of playing along as part of an ensemble which is both confidence-building and fun, while the demonstration tracks for listening are not only inspiring but hugely entertaining. An enjoyable and rewarding was to extend pianistic skills!
