This spirited work reflects on what we may experience when we run. It could be exhilaration, excitement, fright or a whole range of sentiments. It also can give some of us a great sense of achievement as we set goals for a personal best or even catching that bus that we might have missed! The more reflective sections are moments of rest and contemplation as we regard the world around us.
