Cello 4/4vibrating string length70cm | 27.6″

Thomastik Rondo for Cello offers a clear and velvety tone that is powerful and direct, distinguished by its rich, deep sound reminiscent of a baritone voice. The NO.RO400 set provides a smooth and homogeneous transition between strings, ensuring a seamless tonal experience.

Special attention has been given to the D-string, which is designed to maintain a present sound and stable volume, effectively bridging the G and A strings. These strings deliver a fast and precise response without being aggressive, making them suitable for professionals and advanced players.

Tested by over 500 cellists globally, the RONDO strings excel in radiance, colour, volume, and projection, particularly on both new and vintage instruments. For those seeking a more subdued sound character, Thomastik-Infeld VERSUM strings are recommended for beginners and enthusiasts.
