Thomastik Dominant viola strings are considered the “reference standard” for violists worldwide. Made with a highly flexible, multi-strand synthetic core, these strings deliver the tonal warmth and feel of gut strings, while remaining unaffected by changes in humidity. They produce a soft, clear sound with stable intonation and are rich in overtones, making them one of the most popular choices for violists.
